...as another reviewer noted, they charge you extra to use some key features. Its only $1.99 for all but come on, folks...just charge 3.99 for the WHOLE app. Dont try to sell the car without the tires, yknow? Its worth it, and this bait-and-switch stuff makes me seriously wonder about your character.

I agree with some of the other comments. Just put everything in one app price. I am not an expert at this and was trying to see what the additional trimming download was all about, however there wasnt any access to information about this additional app. It immediately takes you to download it. It wasnt until I started reading the reviews that I got that this is a feature that I had to purchase to unlock it. Just sell me the whole thing so that I understand the full features. Oh and so far, I actually really like the app. Just get rid of the gimmick.

Find very happy with this app. It does exactly what I needed to do. Although theres a possibility I havent explored all of its possible applications, So far, Im very happy!

I purchased this app and was ripped off ! You find out AFTER you purchase it you need other components! Im unable to transfer files as promised. In addition I purchased the file extensions and got ripped off again (never received them)! BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS IS A RIP-OFF !!!

Perception System is more like Deceptive System. Similar to what many of the other reviewers have posted - and Im mad at myself for not reading the Reviews before purchasing - there are some Add-Ons via "In-App Purchases" that are needed before this app is fully functional. In its current/original form, only supports m4a, wav, or cfa audio extensions. MP3 is supported ONLY AFTER recording AFTER purchasing the add-on. Other than that, the app looks great. You can create your own folders, upload/download to Cloud (Dropbox and Box), recordings can be moved around easily...but the deceptiveness in the advertising and write-up of this app is frustrating.

What a great addition to my IPAD. It is simple to use and does everything I wanted and some things I didnt know I wanted.

Does not zip , unable to compress files. Some time ago I emailed them and they never reply. I need to email lectures and it is no way to compress files, the zip function does work. Their website really disappoint me, it is of not help ....

Ive had this app for a long time and have always liked it, however they recently changed it so key features such as audio playback are now paid add-ons! Should change app name to recorder lite instead of "pro".

Update for this version 2.2: Thx for the iOS update, but there is a bug, where if you have a password on the app, and the app is totally closed or terminated from the multi tasks, if you open the app afterword, it will show a welcome screen with some other apps suggestions, once you click "done" it will take you directly to the recorder with all its content without asking for any password. One more thing is nice to have. If the app is open and you access the multi tasks, you can see all the content from the last page the user was on. Its nice if there is a way to dim this view. Also if the app totally closed and after you open it, and before you enter your password, you can see the content for a sec, that would be also nice to not show that before entering the password Awesome and best recording app so far I dont know if there is a bug or not, but if my phone without a connection in (airplane mode) after recording, when u click save it doesnt save!

Nobody informed me that i have to spend More Money to unlock key features. Epic disappointment. App deleted for good.

this app doesnt work! I purchased it because it purported to be able to sync easily with iTunes, but it doesnt!!!!! And, to makematters worse, no one at the developed website will help me!! Dont buy it - what a ripoff!!!!!

Best recorder in the app store

This latest update crashes every time when trying to use iCloud. Please fix. Still crashes when trying to load file into iCloud. iCloud is broken at least for me on my iPad- iPhone and iPod touch. Anyone else having this issue???

They are not perfectly fit.

I like the recording feature, but it the software wont upload my files to DropBox so that I can access from my Windows desktop PC.

Paid $1.99 for the app. Then another $1.99 on in-app purchases yet every time I open this app it gives me an add for their other apps. Are you kidding me? Other than that, great app. Been looking for a recording app with folders for a long time.
