Very Close "Bait and Switch" - Definitely Deceptive

Perception System is more like Deceptive System.

Similar to what many of the other reviewers have posted - and Im mad at myself for not reading the Reviews before purchasing - there are some Add-Ons via "In-App Purchases" that are needed before this app is fully functional.

In its current/original form, only supports m4a, wav, or cfa audio extensions. MP3 is supported ONLY AFTER recording AFTER purchasing the add-on.

Other than that, the app looks great. You can create your own folders, upload/download to Cloud (Dropbox and Box), recordings can be moved around easily...but the deceptiveness in the advertising and write-up of this app is frustrating.
